These terms cover Lyric Studio by Kanguinn, a tool for creating lyric cards and saving personal designs. Questions: [email protected].

Your content

You retain any rights you hold in the text, photos and designs you provide. You give the operator and service providers permission to process and store that content as needed to provide the features you use. This permission does not transfer ownership.

Only upload or share material you have permission to use. Song lyrics, artwork and photographs may belong to other people. Creating a card does not grant permission to publish their work.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your sign-in account secure. Do not access another person's cards, bypass access controls, upload unlawful material, misuse the service or disrupt its operation. Access may be restricted where necessary to address abuse or security issues.

Availability and backups

The service may change or experience interruptions. Keep your own exports of important cards; the cloud library should not be your only backup. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Ending use and deletion

You may stop using the service at any time. Email us from your registered address to request account and card deletion. Our privacy policy explains data handling and retention.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Updates

Changes to these terms will be posted here with an updated date. We will seek additional agreement where required by law.
